Eligibility criteria

To open a new business current account or switch your business account to us, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

• Have a business group’s annual turnover that exceeds MYR 225 million

• Be a Malaysian incorporated company

• Be a Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company or Partnerships

HSBC currently serves businesses across Argentina, Bermuda, China, Egypt, France, Hong Kong(SAR), India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Oman, Singapore, UAE, UK, Uruguay, USA.

Corporates incorporated under Companies Act 1965

Certificate of Incumbency (COI - applicable to Company incorporated outside Malaysia
Board Resolution
NRIC/ Passport copies of all your connected parties (such as Shareholders, Authorised Signatories, Directors, etc)
Form 13 (Certificate of Change of Name)
Ownership structure chart signed by director (if applicable)
Company’s tax information
